Conferences

I oversaw both internal and external teams responsible for logistics and audio-visual aspects. Our goal was to give audiences an engaging event experience at our user/developer conferences, tech summits, and sales kickoffs, with a participant range of 100–3000 attendees.

I collaborated closely with the creative team on event aesthetics, including decisions on look and feel, set design, music management, and costumes as needed. As part of my role, I produced keynote sessions in collaboration with the external audio-visual team, company executives, and content creators. This involved coordinating speakers, conducting pre-event rehearsals, and overseeing the live stream experience both on the event day and post-event.

I also created sponsorship opportunities for technology partners, managing the partner pavilion and kiosk build-out. Additionally, I organized off-site evening events to complement the conference experience.

Trade Shows

I created show strategies and managed the design and booth builds ranging from 10x10 up to 30x40, in collaboration with an exhibit house.

 

Additionally, I maximized brand exposure and lead generation by leveraging show sponsorships. I also collaborated with internal partner teams to create opportunities with technology and channel partners, enhancing our overall show presence.

Special Events

I managed all aspects of special events, including site selection, food and beverage planning, audio-visual requirements, speaker management, promotion, and giveaways.

 

I also collaborated with the creative team on event assets, including signage, PowerPoint templates, website development, invites, and moving graphics.
